Return & Exchange

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.

In case of return/exchange please reach out to our support team at +91 8233233431 via WhatsApp or Email at peetvasa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please note that the piece must be unused, and unharmed and should be in their original packaging. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Peetvasa reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

14. Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable in cases of returns


In case you have received a faulty item from our end, please reach out to our support team at +91 8233233431 via WhatsApp or Email at peetvasa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. No claims regarding faulty items will be processed after 24 hours.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bank account details provided by the customer would be final, and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

2. If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivery status and if it’s not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

3. The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

4. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

5. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
